Questions we get asked.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for standard service. For weddings, corporate events, and multi-day bookings, 2–4 weeks notice is ideal. Last-minute requests are accommodated when availability allows.
Our Mercedes Sprinter accommodates up to 14 passengers comfortably with leather captain’s chairs, climate control, and luggage space. For larger groups, we can coordinate multiple vehicles.
We operate throughout California with primary coverage in San Francisco, Napa, Oakland, Lake Tahoe, and Los Angeles. We also handle inter-city routes between the Bay Area and LA, and can arrange service to destinations in between.
Our hourly rate has a minimum that varies by service type and distance. Contact us with your trip details and we’ll provide an exact quote with no hidden fees.
Every booking includes a professional chauffeur, bottled water, Wi-Fi, and standard tolls. The price we quote is the price you pay — no surprise surcharges.
We understand plans change. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup are fully refundable. For cancellations within 24 hours, a partial fee may apply. Contact us directly and we’ll work with you.
